A treatment bundle is therefore patient-specific and should not be transferred or used by another person.

Investigations, laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, specialist consultations, referrals or other services not specifically included in the selected plan are not included in its price.

For treatment bundles containing medicines prepared specifically for an individual patient, cancellation or refund may not be possible after the relevant medicines or services have already been prepared or provided, subject to the clinic's applicable refund policy.

10. Medicines and Delivery

Where medicines are included in a service, they are prepared/dispensed according to the patient's individual treatment plan.

Delivery times may vary depending on preparation, destination, courier service, weekends, public holidays, customs procedures and other circumstances outside the clinic's control.

Patients should provide accurate delivery and contact information.

Paras Homeopathy cannot be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information supplied by the patient or circumstances beyond the clinic's reasonable control.
