Important Terms
- Nature of the Plan: The plan covers consultation, follow-up support and the items specifically listed in the selected treatment bundle. It is intended to provide an individualized treatment service and is not a promise or guarantee of any particular medical outcome.
- Individualized Medicines: Medicines included in a treatment bundle are prepared/dispensed specifically for the individual patient after booking and consultation, according to the patient's case and the treatment plan advised by the doctor. Therefore, medicines are not prepared as general stock for resale or transfer to another person.
- Investigations & Referrals: Any laboratory investigations, diagnostic tests, reports, specialist consultations, referrals or other medical services advised during treatment are not included in the bundle price, unless specifically mentioned in the selected plan.
- Offer Price: The displayed offer price may be time-limited and may be withdrawn or changed by the clinic. The applicable price will be confirmed by Paras Homeopathy before payment.
Refunds
Because the treatment bundle is prepared and arranged specifically for the individual patient after booking, refund eligibility may depend on whether the patient-specific medicines or other included services have already been prepared or provided.
Any refund request should be communicated to Paras Homeopathy as early as possible. The clinic will review the request based on the stage of preparation/service delivery and communicate the applicable refund decision before processing it.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Patients should inform the clinic as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or follow-up appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. If a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the clinic may treat the appointment as a missed appointment, and any applicable rescheduling conditions will be communicated by the clinic.
Where medicines have already been individually prepared or dispatched, cancellation of the medicine component may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Medicines included in a booked bundle are prepared according to the individual patient's treatment plan and are dispatched after the required consultation, confirmation and preparation process is completed.
Dispatch and delivery time may vary depending on medicine preparation, location, courier service, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances beyond the clinic's control.
For international deliveries, delivery timelines may additionally depend on customs clearance, local regulations and the destination country's import requirements.
The clinic will provide available shipment or tracking information after dispatch, where applicable.
Damaged, Missing or Undelivered Medicines
If medicines are received damaged, incorrectly delivered or do not arrive within a reasonable delivery period, the patient should contact Paras Homeopathy as soon as possible and provide the relevant order/shipping details and, where appropriate, photographs of the package or damaged items.
The clinic will review the matter and, where the issue is attributable to packing, dispatch or courier handling, take an appropriate corrective action such as replacement or other suitable resolution, subject to the circumstances of the case and courier requirements.
Transfer of the Plan
A treatment bundle is individual and patient-specific. It cannot normally be transferred to another patient or family member because the consultation, treatment plan and medicines are prepared according to the individual patient's case.
Medicines prescribed or prepared for one patient should not be used by another person.
Any exception must be specifically approved by Paras Homeopathy after reviewing the circumstances.
Discontinuing Treatment
A patient may discontinue treatment at any time by informing Paras Homeopathy.
If treatment is discontinued after the patient-specific medicines have been prepared, dispatched or provided, the unused portion of the bundle will be handled according to the applicable refund and service terms.
If a patient stops attending follow-ups or does not return for an extended period, the clinic may require a fresh consultation or case review before continuing treatment or preparing further medicines, depending on the circumstances and the patient's current case.
The clinic may also contact the patient, where appropriate, to clarify whether they wish to continue or discontinue the treatment plan.
Treatment decisions, medicine selection and follow-up recommendations are made on an individual case basis. Patients should use medicines only as advised for them and should not share their medicines with another person.
The bundle plan provides access to the services and items specified in the selected plan; medical response can vary from person to person and no specific result is guaranteed.
