More about homeopathic treatment at the clinic

These homeopathy FAQs cover the questions patients ask most often before their first visit. A few points come up in almost every consultation, so they are explained here in a little more detail.

What happens in the first consultation?

The first consultation is longer than a follow-up. Dr. Ramdeo Lamoria, BHMS, takes a detailed case history: the complaint and how it started, what makes it better or worse, earlier treatment and reports, and your general health, diet, sleep and stress. The prescription is made from that record. Bring your prescriptions, laboratory reports and scans, or keep them ready to share in an online consultation.

Can homeopathy be taken with other medicines?

Homeopathy at this clinic runs alongside the treatment your other doctors have prescribed. Do not stop or change any prescribed medicine on your own; tell the doctor what you take, and any change is discussed with your treating physician.

How are fees and medicines handled?

An online consultation is ₹500 in India and US$20 outside India. Medicines are prepared at the clinic's own pharmacy and couriered to your address, or dispensed at the clinic. The bundle plan covers the consultation, one month of medicine and every follow-up in one payment.

Is homeopathy suitable for every problem?

No. A severe, sudden or rapidly worsening symptom needs a hospital or emergency care first. Homeopathy here is mostly used for long-standing and recurring complaints that can be followed over weeks and months, and no outcome is guaranteed. If your question is not answered in these homeopathy FAQs, call or WhatsApp the clinic on 7665595835 or read the health blog.

How often are follow-ups needed?

The doctor tells you when to come back, usually around the time your current medicine is due to finish. At each follow-up your symptoms are compared with the earlier record, and the medicine or dose is changed only when your case needs it. Online patients have their follow-ups by video or phone in the same way.

Can children consult?

Yes. Children are seen at the clinic and online with a parent present, who gives most of the history. The doctor asks about the child's diet, sleep, school and how often the complaint returns. A child with a high fever, breathing difficulty, signs of dehydration or unusual drowsiness needs a paediatrician or hospital first.

How is an online consultation booked?

Choose a time on the appointment page and pay the consultation fee online; the clinic then confirms the slot and calls you by video or phone at that time. Keep your reports ready to share on WhatsApp. After the consultation, your medicines are couriered to the address you give.
