The case history is the treatment plan
A first consultation is a detailed case history: the presenting complaint, how it began and changed, previous treatment, investigations and reports, and the patient's general health pattern. That record is what the prescription is built on — which is why two patients with the same diagnosis are rarely prescribed the same way here.
Medicines are dispensed from the clinic's own pharmacy. Follow-up visits review response and adjust the plan. Where a complaint needs laboratory investigation, imaging or specialist referral, patients are told so plainly.
